The
advertisers, in this edition of Fly-Low, are a special breed of
people. They saw a chance
to spread their wings, in this fledgling publication, and flown we have.
Their support during these past eight months and in light of the
September 11th tragedy is an inspiration to my staff and
myself. We wish to take
